I have just been diagnosed with diabetes, I am interested in doing what you did. Can you please give me more details on the diet plan. I agree wheat mash for lunch, dinner and breakfast?. What else?. Give me some real daily food intake and activity inputs. my email address is almerchant@gmail.com.
